Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your Kumona data and connected social-service authorization information.

Last updated: September 2, 2026

What you can request

You can request deletion of your Kumona account data. Workspace owners or authorized administrators can also request deletion of workspace and content data, including designs, templates, projects, brand assets, uploaded media, and campaign content. You can request deletion of connected Facebook or Instagram authorization information, stored connection credentials or tokens, and relevant publishing metadata where deletion is legally and technically possible.

In-product deletion or disconnection

Account deletion and connected-channel controls are not currently available in the public Kumona interface. To request deletion or disconnection, use the email process below. When account or integration controls become available in the product, this page will be updated with the relevant process.

Email request

Email info@kasaiconnect.com with the subject Kumona Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your Kumona account and enough detail for us to identify the account, workspace, connected channel, or data involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request, especially for workspace data.

Facebook and Instagram connections

Disconnecting a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account prevents Kumona from continuing to use that authorization. You may also revoke Kumona's access through your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account settings. Revocation through the provider prevents further use of that authorization; email us as well if you want us to delete associated connection information and relevant publication metadata.

Retention and timing

We will process verified requests within a reasonable time. Some minimal records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or resolving disputes. Data held in backups may take additional reasonable time to expire under normal retention cycles, and it will not be restored for active use except where necessary for recovery.

Questions

For questions about deletion or privacy, contact info@kasaiconnect.com. More detail on our processing practices is available in the Privacy Policy.
