Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of Kumona, operated by Kasaï Connect. By creating an account or using Kumona, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Kumona for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may use Kumona only where you are legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite into your workspace.
Workspaces and organizations
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing access, roles, and content within their organization. They must ensure that people they invite have the appropriate authority to use the workspace and its connected services.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kumona to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, access data without authorization, or use the service in a way that is abusive, deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent. Do not upload or publish content that you do not have the right to use.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content, including brand assets, designs, templates, projects, media, and campaign content. You grant Kasaï Connect a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, copy, render, process, adapt technically, and publish that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve Kumona and to carry out your instructions. You represent that you have all necessary rights and authority to upload and use your content and brand or media assets.
Connected accounts and social publishing
You may connect third-party accounts only if you are authorized to do so. In particular, you must have the necessary rights and authority to connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account and authorize Kumona to publish to those destinations. Kumona uses the provider's official authorization flow and acts on your instructions, configured workflow, or schedule. Facebook, Instagram, and other networks have their own terms and may independently reject, limit, remove, or change access to content or accounts.
AI-assisted content
AI-assisted features may produce output that is incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before publication or other use, and for ensuring it complies with law, third-party rights, and destination-network rules.
Prohibited content and abuse
You must not use Kumona to create, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content. We may investigate suspected violations and remove or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Kumona, or others.
Copyright and intellectual-property complaints
To report a claimed copyright or intellectual-property violation, email info@kasaiconnect.com with sufficient detail to identify the material and your claim.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, if offered, may be subject to additional pricing, billing, or payment terms presented when you subscribe. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider. We do not store full payment-card details when that provider handles payment processing.
Service changes and availability
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve Kumona. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, available, or error-free.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Kumona at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment where applicable, or a material breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use Kumona ends. Certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or where required by law.
External services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Kasaï Connect is not responsible for their availability, content, decisions, or changes to their APIs or permissions.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kumona is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kasaï Connect disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Kasaï Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of Kumona.
Applicable law and disputes
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any dispute will be handled under the law and procedures that apply to the parties and the service, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. This section may be updated following formal legal review.
